This Playful Integration workshop is especially for child therapists providing play therapy, addressing how to identify, understand and work with hyper arousal in the playroom. Hyper arousal is our fight or flight sympathetic nervous system response that serves to mobilize us when we perceive a threat or a challenge so that we can keep ourselves safe.
